I celebrated my bday here and it was one of the best dining experiences. First of all our server was very knowledgeable. He made our ordering very easy. The food was fantastic. I’ve been to many omakase/multiple michelin stars- (also I’m from NYC lol)- and this place is def top 10 for me. Everything was fresh and delicious. Cannot wait to go back!

This place was amazing. Placing this as my top must go when I'm back in Vancouver. We tried the 135 Waterfront Kaiseki course meal. My wife and I enjoyed every bit of the menu. The staff were very professional and kind. We arrived a bit early (30 mins) and were accommodated fast. The course meal was pure art and heavenly.

Exquisite Japanese cuisine. Six of us dined here today and each ordered a Miku Aburi Coursed menu ( 7 courses ). Not only was the seafood incredibly fresh, but the preparation was also exceptionally refined. The seasoning had great depth and really enhanced the natural sweetness of the seafood. Absolutely delicious!

The best sushi I have had in North America! Amazing melts on your mouth sashimi and sushi! Worth the wait! Also you can call for reservations. Recommend if you aren't in Vancouver for long. Great service as well!

Possibly the best sushi and sushi experience I’ve ever had. The plates were gorgeous without being pretentious. The sushi was fresh and everything we ate was delicious. This could be my new favourite sushi spot. We had a seat overlooking the water which was great. We went at lunchtime during the week, the service was attentive and professional. My only complaint is the acoustics aren’t the greatest in the section to the right, it’s actually pretty noisy so kind of difficult to have a conversation, but not impossible. Still worth it and the price was quite reasonable for what you get. I’ll definitely be back.

Who can ask for more? We come here every time we’re in Vancouver. Great waterfront views, fantastic food quality & presentation, excellent service from Cameron & the presentation crew. This visit we had 1 Miku Kaiseki & 1 Waterfront Kaiseke fixed price menu. We were impressed & stuffed! Had to box my fave Aburi Sushi! Pricey but well worth every penny from the original providers of Aburi sushi! Much better than Miku Toronto. Thank you Miku Vancouver!! We’ll be back!

I had the Signature Shokai, and it was a truly memorable dining experience. Each course was thoughtfully crafted, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients with beautiful presentation. The flavors were well-balanced and refined; nothing felt overpowering or underwhelming. It’s the kind of meal that feels both luxurious and comforting at the same time. If you’re in downtown Vancouver and looking for a special culinary experience, Miku is a must-visit.

Love the food/drinks, the presentation, the ambiance n the service! Cheers to Christina! She's very attentive, friendly and most importantly her recommendations were all good. We will definitely come back. It's definitely one of those memorable meals we've had. Aburi cuisine is amazing, but Miku really sets an exceptional standard. I can see how they become Michelin guided restaurant. Everything is fresh with well-balanced and delicious flavors. Even all the house condiments are yummy. Highly recommended!
